The goal of this project is to receive an in-depth analysis of industry’s competitive, technological, and regulatory trends; social and economic trends within the target market, as well as SWOT analysis for Adventuretown Toy Emporium's new product, Fledglings' Flight (https://www.fledglingsflight.com). This will involve several different steps for the students, including:


- Researching the competitive landscape of the toy industry and the target market for Fledglings' Flight.


- Analyzing the technological trends in the industry and the target market.


- Investigating the regulatory trends in the industry and the target market.


- Examining the social and economic trends in the target market.


- Developing a SWOT analysis of Fledglings' Flight.


Deliverables

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:


- Understanding of the competitive landscape of the toy industry and the target market for Fledglings' Flight.


- Understanding of the technological trends in the industry and the target market.


- Understanding of the regulatory trends in the industry and the target market.


- Understanding of the social and economic trends in the target market.

Mentorship

Adventuretown Toy Emporium will be meeting with learners for 1 hour every week virtually to discuss the progress of the Fledglings' Flight Analysis project, answer questions, provide feedback, and discuss deliverables. Learners will have access to the app, website, newsletter platform, social media accounts, analytics, brand collateral, and any required data.
