This project will focus on a systematic literature review on the topic of how the use of digital technologies affects consumers’ well-being. The student will be expected to follow a systematic process of using selected keywords (which will be provided to the student) to identify articles to be included in the literature review, read the selected articles, summarize them in an excel table (template to be provided), and prepare a written document summarizing the main topics and findings from the literature.

Deliverables

The project will consist of the following steps and deliverables:

1. Work with pre-defined keywords to conduct a literature search in several databases (ABI/Inform, Web of Science) (deliverable: a list of articles relevant to the project)

2. Summarize the relevant articles in an excel table (a template will be provided, along with training) (deliverable: completed literature review excel table)

3. Prepare a written summary of the literature (instructions and training will be provided) (deliverable: a Word document summarizing the literature)

Mentorship

The student will receive mentorship in academic research and conducting literature review.
