The goal of this project is to enhance Edventive's user acquisition and engagement strategies by implementing targeted growth loops, creating compelling content for specific teacher personas, and optimizing conversion pathways to drive product adoption among educators struggling with administrative tasks.

Deliverables

Month 1: Persona-Targeted Content Creation and Growth Loop Implementation 


Objectives: 


  • Develop targeted content for each of our 5 high-intent customer personas 
  • Implement the "Word-of-Mouth Referral Loop" strategy 
  • Identify and begin engaging with 5 teacher communities 


Key Deliverables: 


  • 5 persona-specific content pieces (e.g., blog posts, infographics, video scripts, etc.) 
  • Initial engagement strategy for 5 teacher communities 

 

 


Month 2: Buyer's Journey Optimization and Community Expansion 


Objectives: 


  • Create content for each stage of the buyer's journey 
  • Expand presence in teacher-focused communities and partnerships 
  • Develop engagement strategies for 5 additional teacher communities 


Key Deliverables: 


  • Content suite covering awareness, consideration, decision, and retention stages 
  • Engagement strategies and initial implementation for 10 teacher communities in total 


Month 3: Community Growth and Referral Program Launch 


Objectives: 


  • Expand to and engage with 5 more teacher communities 
  • Design and launch a teacher-to-teacher referral program 
  • Analyze and report on community engagement impact 


Project MVP/goals that must be completed: 

  • Creation of persona-specific content for all 5 high-intent personas 
  • Implementation of the Word-of-Mouth Referral Loop 
  • Launch of a teacher-to-teacher referral program 
  • Established presence and engagement strategy in 15 teacher communities 
  • Comprehensive report on community engagement impact and recommendations for future growth
