As part of our advocacy efforts, we are always looking for new and interesting ways to engage with the general public. With this in mind, we would like to develop a simple video game that can either live on our website (malecontraceptive.org) or on mobile devices. We envision a retro, 8-bit style game akin to arcade games in the 1980s (e.g., Pac-Man, Frogger, Space Invaders), but with one catch: it has to incorporate subject matter from our work. This could involve incorporating imagery (e.g., sperm) or structuring gameplay around male contraception. That will be up to the project team to decide along with your counterparts at MCI.

By the end of the project we expect:

  • Gameplay video
  • Working prototype built in the most appropriate engine
