Details

The primary focus for the student will be: (Remove any that don't apply)

  • Strategy - Develop an implementation plan for entering a new market; develop a go-to-market strategy; identify new funding and grant opportunities, write proposals.
  • Operations - Recommend process improvements or redesign processes; develop improvements to supply chain processes; introduce quality assurance into our internal processes.
  • Talent - Design a new/improved recruitment / onboarding process; develop a diversity and inclusion strategy; design a new/improved Driver engagement program.
Deliverables

Our goal at the end of this experience is: (Indicate deliverables)

  • Operations - For the student(s) to help us implement more efficient and effective processes that maximizes fulfilment success with our partner / client and enhances their performance/customer satisfaction / satisfies their KPIs
  • Operations - Establish an excel database with a daily dynamic read out on where we are with regards to Drivers on our platform relative to locations we are servicing and the varying schedules.
  • General - Assist with our pilot launch roll-out, assist generally day to day inquires from our marketplace participants, help with onboarding, help analyze the process and identify areas of improvement, translate feedback into suggested changes and a brief report on findings.

Other duties the student may complete could include:

  • Onboarding and vetting drivers to our platform, client and driver management, strategic prospecting and scheduling for optimal logistics and service to the client during surge periods.
Mentorship

Students will work closely with the primary project manager who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.

We will plan to communicate with our virtual intern using these communication tools: email, phone calls, zoom, etc.
