Siraj Institute is celebrating its sixth anniversary and we are expanding!

We seeking a self-motivated and well-organized business administration intern. This dynamic position is responsible for planning and execution of administrative tasks online, such as setting up virtual classrooms, answering emails and phone calls professionally, and providing support to instructors and students, and helping with other marketing and operational plans. The person will report directly to the executive director.

The primary focus for the student will be:

• Strategy - Develop a go-to-market strategy; identify new funding and grant opportunities, write proposals.
• Operations - Recommend process improvements or redesign processes; develop improvements to supply chain processes; introduce quality assurance into our internal processes.
• Marketing - Complete a marketing strategy review; design a new marketing strategy (product, place, price, and promotion)

Our goal at the end of this experience is:

• Strategy - For the student(s) to help us capture increased market share and students at the Institute; for the student(s) to help us capture new revenue streams; for the student(s) to help us secure new funding.
• Operations - For the student(s) to help us implement more efficient and effective processes that maximize both instructor and Siraj student performance/satisfaction.
• Marketing - For the student(s) to help us reach more customers, effectively promote our brand, mission, and story.

Students will work closely with the executive director who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.
