Education Cyber Security
The main goal of this project is to plan, implement, manage, monitor and upgrade security measures for the protection of Siraj Institute's data, systems and networks, as well as of our clients. In our pursuit of excellence, we found that by helping other educational institutions raise their quality, the benefit is maximized. That is why we also offer services (including cyber security) to several small schools across Ontario as well as throughout Canada.

We would like to collaborate with students to create a strategic information technology (IT) plan for Siraj based on a needs assessment. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing yourself with Sirajβs mission and vision statements. Completing a needs assessment for Siraj. Researching industry / competitor IT trends and capabilities relevant to Siraj. Recommending processes for training and implementation of an IT plan at Siraj. Drafting budget and costs for an organization of Sirajβs size. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Conducting a pilot program with the proposed IT plan at Siraj and making revisions.
