MANA Software Implementation Strategy for Virtual POCT in Pharmacies

Virtual POCT aims to revolutionize the pharmacy industry by launching its MANA software, designed to enhance point-of-care testing (POCT) capabilities. The project will focus on identifying potential challenges, identifying appropriate partners and resources, devising solutions, and establishing a timeline for the pilot launch. By the end of the project, learners will have crafted a strategic plan that addresses both technical and operational aspects of the software deployment.
