We want students to help us develop a marketing strategy to grow and engage our target market. We’d like to know how we can maximize different channels and what will work best for us. Student teams will address industry-specific concerns as well as broader elements of marketing best practices to provide a meaningful contribution to our firm’s decision-making process related to the launch of a new service in a new market. The main questions we’d like students to help us answer are the following: How should we promote our company? What channels should we utilize? What messaging should we use?
Competitive Analysis - Eczema Niche
Since 2011, our company has been offering natural treatments for individuals with eczema. We want to better understand how our target audience perceives our brand and competitors. This will help us develop clarity on our competitive advantages and optimize our marketing strategy. We would like to collaborate with students to conduct a competitive analysis of our business. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our company, products, and target market. Identifying current and potential future competitors. Creating a matrix identifying features that are similar and different between companies. Summarizing our competitive advantages and disadvantages relative to the competition identified. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending how our company can differentiate itself through products / services and messaging.
Social Media Engagement and Marketing Campaign for TC Wellness
The main goal for the project is to create a social media engagement and marketing campaign for LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram to help TC Wellness drive traffic for our health and wellness initiatives, including; live wellness events, products and services. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including: - Researching the target audience for each platform - Creating engaging and relevant content for each platform - Developing a posting schedule and strategy for each platform - Analyzing and reporting on the performance of the campaign
