LevelUp: Human Resources / People Operations (1/2)

** This opportunity is only available for students that are a part of the LevelUP program. To ensure the efficiency of day-to-day operations while building a strong talent pipeline of happy + high-performing talents, we’ve designed a 2 phase project around human resources. This is the 1st phase and is a process audit to ensure our people operations / human resources department has a solid process to meet the company's aggressive growth goals. In completing this project, we’re looking for one student with a strong interest in human resources, and great attention to detail while being able to think strategically.

Campus Ambassador Project

The main goal of this project is to spread awareness about Anutio's platform, engage with students, and build strong connections within the campus community. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Developing a marketing plan to spread awareness about Anutio's platform. - Engaging with students on campus to promote Anutio's platform. - Building strong connections with student organizations on campus. - Hosting events and activities to promote Anutio's platform. - Creating content to help students make informed career decisions.

Referral Program for Lotus Addiction Therapy Inc.

The main goal of this project is to find referral's (people who currently refer clients to different addiction rehabs/treatment options) and have them refer our Addiction & Mental health programs for 25% per referral cut back. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Researching and identifying potential referral sources. - Developing a strategy to reach out to potential referral sources. - Creating a system to track referrals and payments. - Developing a plan to incentivize referral sources. - Researching and understanding the addiction and mental health treatment industry.

Student Success Online Program Design

Our organization is seeking to develop an interactive online program to help students succeed academically and professionally. We want to create a self-paced program with a number of topics ranging from resume creation to scholarship application writing. We would like to work with students to determine what features and format our target audience would find useful in an online course. Based on this information, students can then recommend what information would be most valuable. Tasks include: Gathering relevant information based on our course outline Researching additional relevant topics to be included in the course Design a user-friendly and interactive course that will be hosted on our website Design and creation of a mobile app to access program
