Representative of McMaster University Conference
& Event Services and liaison between conference organizers and all internal operating partners to ensure a high standard of guest service is achieved. Responsible for assisting with all client and guest bookings, supporting clients with AV equipment setup, and conducting site tours to clients interested in hosting events at McMaster University.

Represent the brand and its products at customer events and on company-run social media pages. Responsible for answering questions and addressing concerns that customers raise both in-person and online, and assisting with company marketing projects on an as-needed basis.

Installation and setup of new software/hardware, setup of Onedrive sharing network, assistance with information technology issues/inquiries. Performed various office duties including filing, data entry, information management, filing, and business communications. Interacted with real estate professionals and provided support to other team members as needed.

Managed children under the age of 7, supported children with various special needs/disabilities, monitored/maintained a safe camp environment, provided sports instruction, assisted with various sports activities, communicated regularly with parents and senior camp management. Enforced appropriate safety measures and emergency procedures as needed. Completed required forms and paperwork in a professional and timely manner.
