This project was completed to perfection. Joean was an exemplary student & staff member. She was able to deliver all required tasks on time and above expectations.
Joean has a warm and friendly demeanor. Joean is a very organized and self motivated team member that requires no supervision. She understands how to delegate responsibilities to her team mates as well.
I have had regular one on one meetings with Joean in order to provide feedback to her. She accepts constructive advice and makes every effort to correct any issues with expediency. I would like to extend this program timeline with Joean if possible. Please provide me with some options on how to continue working with her within my not for profit.
