Shristi did good work and has a strong academic writing style. I would encourage Shristi to consider expanding copy-writing styles to include more casual tones. Shristi was self-sufficient and didn't need extraneous support. If the instructions were clear she would go ahead and do them. Shristi would be a good addition to a team if you need someone who can take your instructions and get things done. Strong writer and researcher.
