Revamp recruitment processes and talent retention
As our organization continues to grow, it is important for us to stay up to date with our processes for employee and volunteer recruitment and management. We have a desire to focus specifically on our approaches for attracting & recruiting candidates for specific role/roles. The goal is to create a series of channels to recruit talents and standardize the recruitment processes in a highly efficient manner. We want to use this opportunity to create an updated and improved method of our recruitment channels, processes, performance assessments. Through this collaboration, we would like to deliver three key areas: Identify and set up a variety of channels for talent recruitment including templates for job posts Create a list of suggestions for recruitment methods and channels by job type Optimize HR SOP and optimize candidate shortlisting techniques
