ABOUT COMPANY LUMOSX is a brand that sparks awe and joy in kids and adults through our products that sells on Amazon and Etsy! Check us out here: www.lumosxco.com Fun fact: LUMOSX was inspired from the Harry Potter spell, lumos which ignites light from their wand. We would like to be a light for children who are taken from their homes and trapped in human trafficking. So we partner with a non-profit organization, Operation Underground Railroad in which we donate a portion of our sales to help rescue these children! PROJECT SCOPE Positions available: 1-3 Come join us for a fun 4 week experience, we are hiring for the following: Product research -research new fun products to add onto our existing product collection - we will provide the training + software to use Product development - brainstorm with the team on how to differentiate and improve existing products Graphics - brainstorm ideas on what type of graphics/infographics that will engage customers - no experience with any graphic design is necessary No experience is required! Just need a good and fun attitude and willingness to learn a new skill and try something new and you'll get $1400 honorarium to do fun cool stuff!

Small Towns of Canada - Phase 2 | Digital Content for 1000towns.ca
Number of individual students required: 25 students, any Province or Territory, Canada 1000 Towns of Canada 1000towns.ca is a digital platform connecting travellers and small town communities. In Phase 2, we want students to create content about the next groups of small Canadian towns. It will be focused mostly on Quebec, Saskatchewan, northern Ontario and the Atlantic provinces. With students' help, we launched more than 260 town pages on 1000towns.ca. To clarify the format, you can check existing pages (blue leaves on the map). To complete the project, we expect the student(s) will: Choose ten small towns Write a short description of each attraction (8-12 attractions for each town) 'Communicate with local communities for feedback After approval of the 1000 Towns of Canada team, the final content will be published as unique town pages on 1000towns.ca with the student's name as a creator. Translate children's audiobook
Translators wanted! We want students to help us translate children's audiobooks from English to French. We are currently developing an 8-10 book series in English. The books, website, promotional materials, media kit etc., will all need to be translated from English to French.

Skintek, a company specializing in advanced skincare solutions, aims to enhance its customer experience by developing a comprehensive customer journey map. The project involves creating a detailed map that defines a target persona and scenario, outlines key stages, actions, and touchpoints, and fills in the userβs thoughts, emotions, and pain-points. By identifying opportunities and determining which customers to focus on, Skintek seeks to refine its customer engagement strategy. The project will also define actionable steps and identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success. This initiative will allow learners to apply their knowledge of customer experience design and strategic planning, ultimately contributing to Skintek's goal of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
