Project feedback
Working with the Department of Imaginary Affairs on our project was an incredible experience for us, MBA students from Cape Breton University. This collaboration was more than just a project; it was an opportunity to learn, grow, and build meaningful connections. We had the privilege of working closely with Erica, the Director of Operations, whose support was outstanding. She guided us every step of the way, providing detailed information and ensuring we had everything we needed for our research. Erica was always available to assist, no matter the question or challenge, and her dedication and care made a huge difference. She didn’t just give us answers—she helped us truly understand and feel confident in our work. We were also honored to collaborate with Jennifer Chan, the Founder, CEO, and Story Caretaker of DIA. Jennifer’s passion for storytelling and her ability to connect our ideas to real-life impacts made the project even more meaningful. She helped us see the bigger picture of how our solutions could make a difference, and her encouragement inspired us to push ourselves further. This initiative was not just an academic task—it was an inspiring journey. The teamwork, support, and shared vision from the DIA team demonstrated how collaboration can lead to real, sustainable solutions. We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to work with such incredible leaders. Erica and Jennifer’s dedication and guidance will always stay with us, and we truly appreciate everything they did to make this experience so impactful and memorable. Thank you for helping us contribute to a brighter, more equitable future.
