Building Information Modeling for a Sunroom and Deck Construction Company

We are looking to invest in new Building Information Modeling (BIM) software. We require a system with a process that creates intelligent 3D modeling for our sunroom and deck designs. The software needs to integrate the entire lifecycle of a project from planning, design, building, operation and maintenance. We would like for students to help us research and choose the most ideal software to invest in. Our company has too many separate software systems in play. We need to find a program that can accomplish it all (or at least most of our needs in a project lifecycle of our products, preferably including accounting.) We need a program that can easily build 3D models of both sunroom and decks along with creating lumber and part lists, having the ability to break down project scheduling/management as well as an inventory system.
