Ommaty is able to offer a virtual internship opportunity for computer science students. The primary focus for the student will be on Mobile App Development. Our app already exists, the student will understand the existing code, and work towards adding more features. These include: Messaging option Reminders or introducing notifications to our app Our goal at the end of this experience is f or the student to complete a fully functioning feature that runs well with the app.
Software Testing
We would like someone to join our development team in the area of software QA and testing. We believe this project will include: Full software testing of our new content using various methods. Entering defects in GitHub Interfacing with the development team and following up on progress. Providing feedback and suggestions on new features. Members should be comfortable with software testing and have some coding knowledge. Test reports must be completed after each test.
Promotional Material Design
Details Before we begin our paid promotional campaigns and launching, we want to redesign our website to reflect our new brand identity, and meet our users expectations. Our company's product is a mobile app, and the website will only be for promotional purposes. Our website is simple with it doing no funtionality. The website will include pictures, text, and, links...thats it. We want to have a fresh brand look that reflects our commitment to a flawless guest experience and attracts our target customer.

Research Assistant
Bioprinting is a form of additive biomanufacturing, a field of manufacturing, that incorporates engineering techniques and biological compounds with material science and electronic knowledge to create 3D shapes and structures with biological properties. Bioprinting brings great manufacturing potential to the biomedical industry as it can facilitate the generation of living 3D structures through the printing of live cells. The use of biological compounds, like living cells, in bioprinting requires the use of certain production materials to protect and support these living components. Specifically, polymer materials with water-holding properties, hydrogels, are used to encapsulate living cells, and support them through the bioprinting process. There are many methods through which cell-laden hydrogels can be used in bioprinting. This project has the objective to review 3D bioprinting state of the art and the development of a vision to build a visible light-based SLA 3D bioprinter.
Mobile App Development
The primary focus for the student will be on Mobile App Development. The student must get familiar with the existing code, and work towards adding more features. The project has many aspects that includes the following: UI/UX Design Mobile App Development Mobile App QA The Mobile App Development aspect will mainly include: Working with APIs to add extra features and connect to existing tools. Fixing bugs with old code Unit testing We will plan to communicate with our virtual intern through video conferencing and email.
