It was really meaningful and I really enjoyed working with people from different backgrounds and different departments. We still have a lot of things to figure out, for example, more implementation details of our idea in real life. We still have something to improve, but I really like what we have done for this project!

files could be more organized, team and i was very confused about many deadlines and submission files

This was a great opportunity to collaborate with other RBCers and provide unique ideas for the organization, however, there were a couple of challenges. The timeline was difficult to work with, not many people wanted to work over the weekend. Team members schedules were hard to compromise, which lead to unequal work loads.

The challenge was fun and really instructive

There were many great and organized resources that helped us achieve success with our project! Having a coach to support our group was an amazing experience and having the presentation component with an executive really helped establish that human connection. That presentation component was really what drove our team to collaborate and synthesize our ideas, making us feel connected despite the virtual setting.

We did not receive any feedback from our coach on this project, but I think that we were still very successful. I was a little disappointed that the coffee chat was scheduled at the exact same time as our final presentations, so none of us were able to attend the chat.

I greatly enjoyed my participation in the RBC Tomorrow Challenge! It was a brilliant opportunity to collaborate with fantastic students around the bank and contribute to the future of RBC.

Overall, I learned lots about the design thinking process and really enjoyed brainstorming with my team members on our solution. Our team coach was super helpful and provided great feedback throughout!

This project was great! I truly enjoyed the opportunity to connect with other summer interns. Having a coach who checked in on us regularly was also extremely helpful and all of the resources that were provided to us to help us with each stage of the project were very useful. I did find that although we were told that the time commitment would be 4 hours per week, we definitely spent a lot more time working on the project. Nonetheless, I learned a ton and I am so thankful for this opportunity.

A great tool available for collaborating on projects as it's simple to use but very effective (ex. group messaging, calendar, storage of file, etc.). Also very quick response from the technical support team.

Hard to find resources and navigate on Riipen. Overall felt a little bit rushed. Would like a bit more time! Otherwise was a fun experience and the mentorship was fantastic!

Rippen was extremely easy to use and navigate through. I would use it again for another project.

The challenge is a great idea, but there was a lot of disconnect with the way it was structured. It should have started earlier so students could spend more time devising ideas. Also, there needs to be more accessible resources.
