Building an Autonomous System for Low-Speed Delivery Vehicles

The project aims to develop an autonomous solution for low-speed vehicles (LSVs) used in last-mile delivery, focusing on cost-effectiveness and enhanced functionality. The primary goal is to integrate advanced safety systems and remote operation capabilities into these vehicles. By addressing key safety and operational challenges, the project seeks to improve the efficiency of LSVs in urban and suburban environments. Learners will apply their knowledge of autonomous systems, sensor integration, and remote control technologies to create a scalable solution. The project encourages innovation in vehicle automation, ensuring that the developed system is both practical and adaptable to various delivery scenarios.

AI Prompt Integration for sapio365 Automation

The goal of this project is to develop a foundational AI prompt for Ytria’s sapio365 product, further enhancing its advanced Microsoft 365 automation capabilities. sapio365 is a powerful administration platform that enables IT teams to automate and manage Office 365 tasks: user lifecycle management, license assignment, group and Teams administration, reporting, and multi-tenant oversight, all from an intuitive interface, without the need for PowerShell scripting. This initiative will design an AI prompt that intelligently interacts with sapio365's users (Office 365 administrators), interprets natural language requests, and orchestrates the appropriate automation within sapio365. The project will analyze sapio365’s current features, identify missing components, and specify the technical requirements for seamless integration. The focus is on creating a prompt that is secure, user-friendly, and context-aware, delivering a prototype that demonstrates clear real-world effectiveness for administrators. Central to the process will be the definition of both functional and architectural requirements, ensuring that the solution aligns with sapio365’s high usability standards and delivers meaningful value to the automation workflow. The result will be a practical blueprint and working demo showcasing AI-powered automation for Microsoft 365 management within sapio365.

Process Automation Bot for Web Data Entry
September 2025 - September 2025

I developed a desktop automation bot using Python to streamline a critical data entry process. The application leverages the Selenium library to autonomously navigate a corporate web portal and the Pandas library to read, validate, and filter data from user-provided Excel files. To ensure accessibility for all team members, I designed a user-friendly graphical interface (GUI) with PySimpleGUI. The final script was packaged into a standalone Windows executable (.exe) using PyInstaller, creating a distributable tool that requires no installation. This project successfully automated a time-consuming manual task, significantly reducing data entry errors and improving team efficiency.

Power Automate Flow for Data Analysis
August 2025 - October 2025

Solely designed, developed, and deployed an advanced Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solution using Microsoft Power Automate Desktop to fully automate the retrieval and analysis of manufacturing process documents. Engineered a user-friendly, menu-driven application with dual modes: a high-precision multi-keyword counter and an AI-powered (GPT) analysis tool for answering complex, natural language questions about document content. To overcome significant UI automation challenges on a dynamic web application, I successfully implemented advanced techniques including Optical Character Recognition (OCR), keyboard simulation, and robust error handling, creating a resilient solution that drastically reduces analysis time and eliminates manual data entry errors.

Email Automation using appscript
August 2025 - August 2025

I built an automated system with Google Apps Script that turns emails into tasks in a Google Sheet. It reads our team's inbox, automatically assigns the new tasks to people on a rotating schedule, and sends email alerts to keep everyone updated. I also added custom menus to the spreadsheet, making it simple for the team to manage their projects and track progress, which helped us work faster and communicate better.
