Are you a company looking to gain more insights related to the behavioural aspects of your business? Lethbridge College is proud to present teams of students that would be eager to advise and provide feedback regarding any and all aspects of Organizational Behaviour (OB). Working in teams of 4-5, our students will act as OB specialists and study your business to identify key areas for improvement. They will draw on OB theory and knowledge to identify and discuss OB issues relevant to your company. You can choose to outline more than one area of focus which leads to practical recommendations aimed at solving your business needs.
