With a passion for human performance and the intricacies of strength, I am pursuing a bachelor's of kinesiology at the University of Saskatchewan. I hope to one day be counted among the ranks of the best kinesiologists, strength coaches, rehab specialists, and those people who use science to push the envelop of human performance.
From Saskatoon to South Africa, I have competed at every level of drug tested powerlifting. As a Saskatchewan Powerlifting Association referee and a fixture on the volunteer team competitions all across Canada, I have dedicated the past decade in pursuit of strength performance for myself, my clients, my teammates, and anyone willing to work with me.
Strength is my passion. Science is my muse. The fusion of these two concepts has consumed my life, and I wouldn't want it any other way.

Winter 2023 (Phase 1)- LevelUp - Wellness Edu Campaign - Copywriter & Editor
At Anahana, we aim to inspire individuals to be proactive in taking responsibility for their physical, mental and spiritual health by offering science-based educational content and solutions. You will work with the Anahana content and marketing team to write and edit the content on topics like yoga, breathing & meditation, sleep hygiene, healthy habits and much more. This would include producing new content, but also auditing and optimizing existing content. Mediums through which our content is shared include website blogs, wikis, email courses and social media. Interested candidates will: Write blog articles, email newsletters/sequences, and other content pieces on assigned topics in a clean and well-polished manner Help maintain a consistent voice/tone that aligns with the company brand Review and edit existing content to help improve SEO content scores for website pages Conduct research on Wellness and Mental Health Topics Be comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
