We could not have been happier with the work done by this team. They were prepared, communicative, full or ideas. The support supplied by the school when needed was helpful as well. This was a great experience.

The educators have been excellent and a true partner. The provide a constant feedback loop to the students while allowing them to take the lead.

The teams were well prepared to take on projects. When in doubt the support they are given by instructional staff keeps things moving forward and not stalled. very strong processes and well coached.

The programmatic approach they take the students through is second to none, with a RACI for deliverables, agile for meetings ensures we are fully aware of the progress towards delivering and also allows us to iterate along the way. What is critical and prioritization is key.

RRC Polytech have the students prepared to take on projects such as ours. They give them the technical skill and work very hard to help them develop the soft skills needed to succeed in the workforce. With very strong communication skills, they also demonstrated great critical thinking skills and using Agile project management we were able to ideate and iterate along the way to get to a great end result. The instructors new when to step in but more importantly the students learnt and were not afraid to ask to help!

RRC Polytech had the students ready in a great position to take on the project. Aside from the technical skills, they were very ready to communicate clearly, ask the right questions around the project, and had next steps documented for the next Agile sprint they were undertaking.

It's always a pleasure working with Red River College Polytechnic. For this project, our Nikâwiy team collaborated with a number of instructors within ACE. Each of them did wonderful on proving knowledge and support to the students while always keeping excellent communication amongst our team. Our project was a success, with thanks to each individual who contributed their time and efforts. The ACE environment is always warm, welcoming and inclusive to all who enter the space.

Worked with the RRC ACE Project Space for 2 projects each with different educators. Educators were fantastic and gave realistic expectations of the deliverables and timelines based on their industry experience. Helped us navigate the scope and communicated expectations clearly. Was a great pleasure to work with them.

This was a great opportunity and I really enjoyed my time with the ACE Project Space.

The team worked hard to meet the objectives stated at the beginning of the session. Although some of the nice-to-haves originally planned weren't completed, the must-haves came together and the team delivered a program ready for Beta testing. Overall, the team reached functional collaboration quickly and benefitted from strong leadership and insight from their instructors.
