Individual endorsement
Kim was an invaluable member of this team. She demonstrated a desire to learn more about who she was representing and who she was targeting, and she organized and presented professional proposals. Her deliverables are well-executed products we will use in our communications with the community. Kim is personable and receptive; she was able to modify and revise her email campaigns to suit different audiences and markets best. She was well-organized at every meeting and shared ideas, insights, recommendations and suggestions for new projects. I wholeheartedly recommend Kim for any project involving research, marketing, social media, or writing. Her meticulousness in accommodating needs and inquiring to ensure she is meeting expectations is a testament to her strong work ethic. Her attention to detail shines in all her work, providing a sense of security in the quality of her output.

Marketing Team Members for Women's Leadership Symposium
The goal of this project is to create a marketing rollout program for the upcoming year that will expand brand awareness and attract a younger demographic, primarily college and university students. The team should also focus on increasing attendance for the 2024 symposium through early-bird ticket promotions and engaging audience participation with posts promoting the event. Email Marketing Campaign
Our school is in the process of moving from an existing child care setting to a new business and we want to convey our unique hybrid nature/forest montessori school message to the hamilton area. We would like to work with students to design a new email marketing campaign for our school . This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our School's ethos, email marketing campaign goals and target market. Identifying types of emails and content that our company should send out such as welcome emails, newsletters, and re-engagement emails. Research factors affecting the effectiveness of email marketing, such as when emails are sent and making recommendations. Identifying metrics to monitor throughout the campaign. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Identifying ways to personalize emails for customers based on market segmentation.
