Competitive Analysis

It’s important for us to have a better understanding of how our target audience perceives our brand and competitors. We want to develop clarity on our competitive advantages and optimize our marketing strategy.  We believe this project will involve: A complete brand and competitor analysis, including identifying our current and future competitors and their market share. Building a competition portfolio of our competitors, their features, services, price, and logistics. Conducting empirical interviews and/or questionnaires for feedback on our brand compared to competitors. We will give you access to organizational assets to support this project such as personnel, website analytics, sales and brand collateral, and more. We hope to gain a comprehensive understanding of the competitors in our region and how we can differentiate.

The goal of this project is to help bring awareness of my 4th Trimester Guide, effectively marketing it and driving sales from my social media platforms and website and help optimize website (WordPress) to allow for instant download upon purchase. Our brand identity, including voice and graphic style, is in place and the Guide is ready to go in a downloadable PDF format. Now we need to get the word out that this awesome product exists ! Ideally, deliverables for this project would include: Baseline measures of key metrics for each digital channel and recommended growth targets Review of strategy for each digital channel Recommendations for alternative marketing channels such as LinkedIn, Events, etc. Analysis of paid advertising options Outline of critical tactics for each channel, taking resource and budget constraints into consideration SWOT Analysis & Recommendations Recommended all-channel tactical calendar for the next 3-6 months Website optimization to allow for instant download of product upon purchase (WordPress)
