Organizational Behaviour

Looking to elevate your organization, and bring it to the next level? Bring on students from Saskatchewan Polytechnic to be your student-consultants, in a project-based experience. Students will work on one main project over the course of the semester, connecting with you as needed with virtual communication tools. Students in this course study human behaviour in organizations and develop the skills needed to deal with people at work. The course content includes individual behaviour, values, interpersonal relationships, groups and team dynamics, and organizational culture. Their studies of human organizational behaviour focus on diverse formal organizations.
