Digital Health Outreach Strategy Development & Engagement
LOCVM aims to enhance its platform's visibility and engagement among healthcare professionals across Canada. The project involves designing and executing comprehensive outreach strategies targeting clinics, hospitals, and physicians. The goal is to increase platform awareness and foster connections within the healthcare community. Learners will apply their marketing and strategic planning skills to develop digital campaigns, organize webinars, and plan in-person clinic visits in Toronto. Additionally, they will explore event marketing opportunities to effectively engage healthcare professionals. This project provides an opportunity for learners to apply classroom knowledge in marketing and communications to real-world scenarios, focusing on the healthcare sector.

Digital Health Platform Go-To-Market Strategy
LOCVM Inc. is seeking a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to expand the user base of its digital health platform. LOCVM is a centralized platform that makes it easy for clinics and hospitals to find, book, and manage temporary physician coverage, also known as locum tenens. We provide an end-to-end solution that replaces outdated, manual workflows with a streamlined digital experience. Our goal is to modernize how physician coverage works—making it faster, more compliant, and less stressful for both healthcare providers and institutions. The goal of this project is to identify and analyze potential market segments, understand user needs, and develop targeted marketing strategies to effectively reach and engage these audiences. The project will involve researching current market trends, evaluating competitor strategies, and identifying unique value propositions that distinguish LOCVM's platform from others. Learners will apply their knowledge of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and digital marketing techniques to create a strategic plan that aligns with LOCVM's business objectives. The project will culminate in a presentation of the proposed strategy to LOCVM's leadership team.

Newsletter Development & Social Media Campaign
Our start-up was founded to meet the growing demand for flexibility in healthcare staffing. We will be launching a beta version in the upcoming weeks and would like learners to help our start-up finalize and implement our digital marketing plan. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Conducting background research on the cause. Brainstorming topics for each issue. Setting, coordinating, and enforcing deadlines. Creating materials to be published and making revisions based on feedback. Proofreading drafts of newsletters and recommending areas for improvement. Identification of suitable social media channels and strategies Identification of types of campaign content to create Identification of metrics to monitor the campaign’s success Creation of a social media content calendar to organize the campaign Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending other ways to increase awareness about our cause.
